HireKeepers

Terms of Service

Last updated September 10, 2026

In short: HireKeepers is software a cleaning business uses to hire and onboard independent cleaning professionals. You own your data. We keep it safe and never message your applicants for you. Pay monthly, cancel any time, be decent to the people who apply.

1. Who this is between

These terms are between HireKeepers (“we”, “us”) and the business that creates an account (“you”). If you create an account for a company, you confirm you can accept these terms for it. Team members you invite use the service under your account and your responsibility.

2. What HireKeepers does

HireKeepers gives you a hiring page, an application form with a short video, a board that tracks each applicant through your stages, reference tools, an orientation course with a quiz and acknowledgments, paperwork that applicants fill out and sign electronically, and a file per person. It suggests wording and playbooks; every hiring decision is yours. Nothing in the product rejects an applicant on its own.

3. What HireKeepers does not do

4. Your account

5. Your data and your applicants’ data

6. Electronic signatures

When an applicant signs a form through HireKeepers, they type their name, draw a signature, and agree to sign electronically. We attach a signature certificate to the document (who, when, from where, and a fingerprint of the document) and store the executed copy encrypted. It is up to you to decide which forms need a signature and whether an electronic signature is appropriate for each one.

7. Acceptable use

8. Paying for it

HireKeepers is a monthly subscription. Prices are on the website or in your invitation; partner and student rates apply as described when you sign up. Background checks, when they are offered through a screening partner, are billed per check. You can cancel any time from your account; the subscription runs to the end of the period you paid for. Until public launch, founding accounts may be free or discounted as agreed with us in writing.

9. Availability and support

We aim to keep HireKeepers up all the time, and we tell you promptly if something goes wrong that affects your data. Support is by email at hello@hirekeepers.com and through the Send feedback button inside the app. We may change or retire features with notice inside the app.

10. Ending things

You can close your account at any time; write to us and we delete your data within 30 days, except what we must keep for legal or accounting reasons. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we will say why.

11. Limits

HireKeepers is provided as it is. We are not liable for hiring decisions, for the conduct of the people you hire, or for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits; where they do not, they apply as far as the law permits.

12. Changes and contact

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we show it inside the app and update the date above. Questions: hello@hirekeepers.com. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where HireKeepers is organized.
